What is Sulli Deal :
This is an app used to sell Indian Muslim women's online. Sulli is a derogatory word used to refer to Muslim women by extremists. This app is used to target Muslim women mostly: students, artists, researchers, journalists, activists etc ... This app was hosted by GitHub. Pictures of women taken from various social media handle like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook are taken and uploaded to this app. pictures are used for the online auction of these women on the app. auction is not real and used to harass these women's.
How the app came to light :

The app came to light when these men started sharing their deal of the day on Twitter and it has since been removed by GitHub ( hosting platform, with a repository of open-source codes). this is not the first time Muslim women faced such constant harassment and rape threats by some hard-right groups. In may a youtube channel Liberal Doge Live whose real identity is reportedly Ritesh Jha, live-streamed the photos of Muslim women on the festival of eid with a noxious description in Hindi that read: Today, we will stalk women with our eyes filled with lust.
This Sulli deal is not an isolated incident as it is rooted in the very anti-Muslim ideology that advocates lynchings and rapes present in Hindutva literature. it is all connected to a larger anti-Muslim sentiment of the majority, says Afreen Farima, a student activist from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi.
Hana Khan, a commercial pilot whose name was on the list, told the BBC she was alerted to it when a friend sent her a tweet.

My opinion :
1. Such hateful comments, harassment, rape threats are not acceptable against any community by anyone.
2.whenever you see such kinds of acts anywhere like public places, social media etc., you should report to the respective authorties.
