Russia has released the first footage of its advanced new S-500 surface to air missile system in action and the footage shows a faint truck-based system with launch tubes firing a missile at high speed at a testing ground in southern Russia that had successfully hit a high-speed ballistic target. The S-500 Prometheus has an interception radius of around 600 kilometres and will be available for exports by 2025. the S-500 test comes just days after the Russian navy successfully tested the zircon hypersonic cruise missile.
