Russian President and Japanese Prime minister writes letter to PM Modi

In recent updates, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime minister Yoshihide Suga write letters to Indian prime minister Narendra Modi and President Ramnath Kovind to show Condolences over tragic floods and landslides in the western states of India.

 Russian President shares grief for those who lost their lives in floods and hopes for a speedy recovery for injured people.

Speaker of  Russian Upper House Speaker also sent her condolences over the floods.

"On behalf of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and on my personal behalf, I express sincere condolences over the tragic consequences of monsoon downpours that flooded the state of Maharashtra," Matvienko was quoted in a statement by the Russian embassy in the national capital.

Japanese Prime minister also sent a letter of Sympathy to PM Modi to show their support to the people of India. The letter was twitted by Japan's ambassador to India.
